There is so much out there for skin care and it can be overwhelming. One thing I think I got right in 2018 is a tried-and-true skin care routine with non-toxic products. ALL of these products are toxin-free! I made a huge effort to switch to products without harmful chemicals, and the products actually work better than anything I’ve tried! Here’s a recap of my favorite skin care and beauty products I found in 2018 that I will be using until the foreseeable future.
IMPRESS SKINCARE
I did a post on it here, and I’m still obsessing over it. The face wash, moisturizer and the facial pad system are truly the only “skin care” products I feel like I will ever need. I saw such a difference in my skin with these products that I can’t imagine switching. Plus it’s so darn easy and Mama likes that!

GLOW SERUM
When I feel like I need an extra boost of nutrients and hydration to my skin, I put on this glow serum before I moisturize with Impress. I make it myself – it’s so easy and the oils that I use came in my starter kit and it’s one of the first things I made with the oils. I have LOVED it ever since I used it – it’s so easy!
- 10 drops each of Lavendar, copiaba and Frankinsence into a 1 oz. roller or glass bottle.
- Fill the rest with coconut oil or any oil you’d like
- Use after you cleanse your face

COCONUT OIL
This is not new for me, but I would be in a dry desert hole without coconut oil. I use to to make the glow serum, as eye makeup remover and to hydrate my face. Love this stuff – here’s what I keep in my bathroom!

COCOKIND ROSEWATER TONER
I love this toner from cocokind! I trust this lines simple products and it smells amazing (like real rose oil). I will mix this with coconut oil if I need a quick hydration boost. Feels so GOOD.

IT GIRL CC CREAM
Perfection in a tube. This CC cream has the best coverage around, and trust me I have tried so many! I use this in place of foundation and concealer most days and it give a good glow. I use the color Medium and love that it’s also non-toxic. Their Supergirl mascara is also a favorite. Grab yours today!
IT SUPERHERO MASCARA
I just added this to the list towards the end of the year and I’m already in LOVE. I love that it’s chemical free and had oils that support my eyelashes. It’s dark and gives me the full look which is what I want from a mascara. Grab yours today!
