I’ve been on the fence for the last 3 months. I’ve thought of every excuse in the book to not start the Faster Way to Fat Loss program – too busy, I already know how to eat for my body, it’s too expensive etc. I first heard about it a year ago through Allie Janszen, a coach and Mom of two who is doing amazing things for Moms around Cincinnati with this program. And the best part is that all of them are seeing real results and learning so much about how to propererly fuel their bodies.
Enter Lindsay. I got an email from Lindsay, a high school friend, and I took it as a full blow sign that it was time – no more excuses. Lindsay had completed her second round of FWTFL and loved it so much, that she took the leap to become a coach! She has a 9 month old and she feels and looks better than ever! She asked me if I would be interested in starting the program with her first round October 15th – so here we are – I’m in. Let’s do this.
I’m sure you’ve seen and heard all about FASTer Way to Fat Loss right? Well if not, here’s what it is. First, this is NOT the “lose weight and fit into your skinny jeans” type of program. It’s all about feeling your best – noticing energy, better sleep, clearer mind and generally feeling happier. With that comes weight loss and inches lost because you are learning how to fuel your body. Typically you actually are eating MORE than what you were before, but doing it properly so your body can burn fat. The two components are intermittent fasting and carb cycling – not 100% sure on, but we will be learning soon! Take a look at Lindsays progress after 6 weeks. The best part though? She FEELS AMAZING and has the energy to keep up with 2 little kids!
