To get your prepped for the super bowl of eating, Hyde Park Moms has teamed up with the amazing Ashley Morgan of Naturally Nati Fitness to bring you Planks Before Giving Thanks – 10 workouts that can be done at home with no equipment in 30 minutes or less. Take some time early in the morning, during naps or after the kids are in bed and knock these out! Your metabolism will be reving and you’ll feel stronger each day.
