Spiced Pear Smoothie | Hyde Park Moms

Looking for healthy recipe to whip up the day after Thanksgiving? Give this Pear spice smoothie a try! This one is our staple smoothie during the colder months. The ginger gives it a Holiday flavor and it also helps keep colds away. You get your greens, fiber, protein and healthy fats making it a perfect meal or snack. 100% kid-friendly.
Don’t have pears around? Swap for any type of apple!


1 banana (we love USING frozen bananas)
1-2 pears (sub for apples)
2 handfuls raw spinach
2 Tbs. flax seeds, ground
2 Tbs. chia seeds
2 Tbs. almond butter
1-3 dates (optional)
2+ cups unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp. ginger, minced
1 tsp. cinnamon (or more)
8-10 cubes of ice
