Favorite Holiday Appetizer | Hyde Park Moms

If you’re looking for an easy app to bring to your Holiday gatherings (or literally any gathering), look no further than here! Crescent Roll Veggie Pizza is my go-to and it’s SO yummy! You kind of feel like you’re choosing something healthier with all the colorful veggies you get in one bite, but the ranch topping makes it feel so satisfying! This can be totally customized to your fav veggies, but this combo is classic. Make this and don’t forget to tag @hydeparkmoms when you share your creation!
INGREDIENTS

  • Ready to bake crescent rolls (I got mine from 365 Whole Foods brand)*
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/3 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion salt (I used Trader Joe’s – it’s so good)
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

HOW TO MAKE

  1. Pre-heat oven to directions on crescent roll package
  2. Roll all of the crescents together to form one big rectangle to place on a 9x13in baking sheet (tip: use non stick)
  3. Bake according to package, or until the sides and top are golden brown (12-14 minutes)
  4. Cool the “pizza” and make the ranch cream cheese
  5. Mix all of the spices together into the cream cheese (you could also just buy a packet of ranch seasoning and add it)
  6. Spread ranch cream cheese topping on to the crust evenly
  7. Add all of the chopped veggies and shredded cheese. Cool in fridge, cut into squares and serve!
