Watermelon Feta Mint Skewers
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces of feta cheese
- ¼ of a watermelon
- Mint leaves
- Balsamic vinegar
Directions:
- Cut your watermelon into small bite sized cubes
- Cut the block of feta into small bite sized pieces
- Stack the watermelon, mint, and feta on a skewer or toothpick.
- Finally, drizzle balsamic vinegar and enjoy!
