Duh, this is a no brainer. My tip — download the “no wait” app so you don’t have to stand around with the kids for 30 minutes. Put your name in and take your time getting to the restaurant. Oh, and nothing beats their almond milk chia latte!

Unexpected brunch spot right in the heart of Hyde Park! It’s busy, but worth the wait. Delicious pancakes at an Italian restaurant — gotta love it!
First Watch
Classic. What I love is that they have recently updated their menus and it has become a much healthier (and tastier) spot for the family to enjoy. Their avocado toast looks AMAZING.
Red Feather Kitchen
Feeling fancier? This might just be the spot for you. They only offer this on Sundays, and if it’s anything like their dinner menu, it’s got to be perfection. Great for a special occasion!
National Exemplar
This gem is right outside of Hyde Park in Mariemont Square. I recently has brunch with my family here and it was fantastic. They have a huge menu with updated healthy options that everyone enjoyed. I always appreciate when older restaurants update and surprise guests who are looking for more healthy options! Pro Tip — use the no wait app to reserve a table without the long wait!
Taste of Belgium – Rookwood
The name says it all, but it’s definitely more than waffles! This is super kid-friendly and their waffles will please you and the littles. Give this one a try soon!

Love this on nice days when you can let the kids run outside and watch the airplanes take off and land. Makes the waiting much more enjoyable than keeping them busy with the forks and spoons at the table — right?!
