What’s your favorite thing about living in Hyde Park?  
We love walking to Coffee Emporium and Hyde Park Farmers Market on Sundays. We love that we have great restaurants and shops within walking distance and a beautiful park to play in!

Favorite things to do with your kids around town (can be outside of HP)?
I think they would say picking up donuts and Holtman’s and playing in Washington Park!
 
Do you have a favorite local store, fitness class or restaurant and why?
I love working out at 9 Round because I can pop in whenever I want and it’s a quick, challenging workout. I’ve also recently gotten into Burn Boot Camp. Burn has awesome trainers and a great community of fun and uplifting women!

How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
This community has basically made me who I am now… without the support of the amazing parents (and their awesome kids) at my office my business wouldn’t be where it is now. I love my job and the ability it gives me to still focus on my children, husband, and myself!

Tips for Balancing it all? Motherhood, career, family and social life?
I definitely don’t have this all figured out but the most important thing I try to do is delegate. I have an amazing and supportive husband, a nanny who is instrumental in keeping my children happy, healthy, and organized, and an incredible staff who lets me focus on making our office life and my home life the best it can be!  
 
What is the best advice you have received as a mom?
This is more from a business standpoint but an older and wiser female dentist told me from the beginning to try to leave my work at work. I try my hardest to finish everything I need to during the day so I can focus on my children and my husband when I get home.  It doesn’t always happen but I try to make it a goal!
 
What is the best advice you would like to give to a new mom?
Don’t be afraid to ask for help when you need it!
